Dr. Dhananjoy Chakraborty is MBA in HRM and Marketing Management. His research area is Positive Psychology. He is Ph.D. from Raiganj University, West Bengal. He is Alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad (FDPM). He is a researcher, writer, motivational speaker in the area of positive psychology and a business consultant. He has published many papers is reputed journals. He has also presented papers in national and international seminars. He has written books and also  published chapters in edited books. He is a member of different associations like Indian Accounting Association, National Positive Psychology Association. He also has given training to many students and business professionals in the area of entrepreneurship development.
