The seminar aimed to bring together yoga enthusiasts, practitioners, and experts to share their knowledge and experiences.</p> <p><strong>Objectives:</strong></p> <p>1. To learn various yoga techniques and practices for modern Life</p> <p>2. To explore the therapeutic applications of yoga in modern life</p> <p><strong>Program Outline:</strong></p> <p>1. Inaugural Session: </p> <p>The seminar began with an inaugural session, where the chief guest, MR. Pankaj Bhagat, Assistant Professor, NSHM College, Durgapur, YOG SPORTS ASSOCIATION OF BENGAL, IN ASSOCIATION WITH, INDIAN YOGA ASSOCIATION.</p> <p>2. Dr. Subhas Chandra Nandi, Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Physical Education, Falakata College. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Takeaways:</strong></p> <p>1. Yoga is a holistic practice that benefits the body, mind, and spirit.</p> <p>2. Regular yoga practice can reduce stress, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.</p> <p>3. Yoga can be adapted to suit different ages, abilities, and health conditions.</p> <p><strong>Recommendations:</strong></p> <p>1. Incorporate yoga into daily life to experience its numerous benefits.</p> <p>2. Seek guidance from qualified yoga instructors to learn proper techniques and avoid injuries.</p> <p>3.
